About me
Trained at Webber Douglas Academy and worked in fringe and educational theatre; writing directing and performing.Additional skills:
I am a qualified Speech and Drama Teacher (Guildhall School - LGSM). I also teach playwriting and fiction writing, have a PhD in Contemporary Theatre and have spent some time as a university lecturer, and a LAMDA syllabus teacher.
Additional information:
For twenty years I was a member of The Actors' Centre. During that time I took part in showcases in the Tristan Bates Theatre for acting and new writing. I like to keep my skills updated and attend workshops in both acting and writing when I can.
I have been a member of the Writer's Club of Director's Cut Theatre Company since 2022 and have had readings and performances of short scripts in Southwark Playhouse and The Park Theatre, Finsbury Park, with this company.
