About me
Originally from the United Kingdom, I began my career in film and television when I graduated from King Alfred's Winchester with a Bachelor’s Degree (with Honours) in Film and Media. I then completed the Director's Course in Motion Picture Production at Brighton Film School before deciding to pursue my film and television goals by moving to Canada.Beginning my career in Calgary, I worked with Seven24 Films Inc. as Executive Assistant/ Office Manager. Before moving to Toronto and joining Project 10 Productions Inc. in the role of Executive Assistant and then taking on the position of Manager of Development and Operations within the company.
I have also continued to work on a variety of my own projects, including executive producing the short film, “1,042” which is available on iTunes worldwide. In addition to producing, I also write and one of my screenplays was used to base a short film on titled, “The Hunt”, which premiered at the FILM4 FRIGHTFEST in Scotland and was selected by Raven Banner films for their Sinister Cinema series. The Hunt was also named best horror short of 2013 by Rue Morgue Magazine. I have received AFA development support for my feature ‘Lost Brothers’, and was selected in 2015 with my family film ‘Hidden Star’ as part of the NSI Features First program.
