A woman goes to see a therapist to try and deal with the loss of her husband...
Helen can not acknowledge how deeply her feelings run about her absent husband and how damaged she is as a result of not dealing with them. Supported by her friend Caroline, Helen sees a psychotherapist who leads her to face the guilt she is afraid she can't handle.
