Dirty Dancing Auditions
Hey just wondering if anyone else is going to the dirty dancing auditions next week? I'm going to the blackpool one but I've no idea what to expect apart from what they've put on the audition. Has anyone else been to one before and know what kind of structure its going to be? Like is it going to be a jazz class or just a routine or ???
LOL im pretty new to this whole auditioning thing as u can probably tell but any help would be fab! Thanks! :D

well the auditions will be like a cattle market as always with opens but it will be just a routine and i did the audition last year so if it's the same routine(which it prob will be) I'd say get your come dancing shoes on cos it's very much like that. It's not jazz or commercial it's abit random!

hi, I went to the private last thursday and basically its just movement not really full on dancing. there is 1 kick at the end and 2 turns apart from that its just cha cha. they said they are looking for personality and they seemed to keep all the tall dancers! hope that helps
