Can I list a class I'm currently taking on my resume?
Just wondering... can I list a class I am taking on my resume, even if it isn't complete yet? Its an 8 week course and its only the 1st week but I want to get it on my resume ASAP. Should I wait until its complete to put on my resume and send to my agent? Thanks!
Hey Grace! My answer would be yes. Just because it shows casting directors and agencies that you're currently and continuously working on your craft, rather than later if you know what I mean. It's better to have something to show now, where it could possibly benefit you in this particular moment!
I usually put down the class and in brackets say "in progress". Hope that helps!
Absolutely! You can write "curent student" or "in progress" as others have suggested. :-)
