We’re casting for a short film project in the horror/thriller genre called “Vicinal”. The film is being produced by Minifridge Media, a production company mainly known for commercial work. This is a passion project that’s being self-funded by the writer/director, Andrew Osborne. “Vicinal” is about a couple in their late 20s who live in a super-cool loft apartment downtown. The place is perfect, except for the little doorway in the bathroom that leads to a giant, scary attic. THOM isn't worried about it, but ROMINA keeps hearing strange noises coming from inside. When the apartment's former tenant, WALTER (60s), shows up and asks to retrieve something personal from the attic, the couple's suspicions are confirmed and their lives become a living nightmare.BUT - we aren't casting for these roles anymore. We are casting for the role of DELIVERY GUY. He's the guy who shows up at the beginning of the film and has a brief scene in which he hands a package to the lead character Thom. He has about 4 lines of dialogue, and a confused moment because the name on the package is wrong. It's a very small but somewhat crucial part.We are paying $150. We aren't going to pretend this is some career-changing role. This won't win any Oscars. The main reason to come do it is because it would be fun couple of hours on set, and you'd be in the movie. If you're new to acting and looking for some experience and credits, this is the role for you.Come deliver a package in our movie!
