Seeking a show manager for a murder mystery. Company states: "SM duties: Transport prop bag and costumes to and from venue. Be the contact with the organizer / contact person at the venue, answer any questions. Check that green room has water for the cast. Put ballots on tables. Make sure name tags are at the reception table with marker(s), confirm all guests have name tags. Collect unused name tags and markers. Keep on top of the timing, give the cast a five minute warning, let the cast know when it’s time to start, and let them know to start after the breaks. If catered, connect with catering at the venue to confirm timing for food service, remind them if needed throughout the show to hold off on serving / clearing plates until the breaks. Collect ballots . Have prizes ready to give to Detective. Make sure all props and costumes are put back neatly and do a final green room sweep / tidy up.
