Casting for a commercial for Crest. The key goal of this campaign is to increase awareness of Crest as a brand, as well as Crest's Detoxify Gum Paste amongst the Chinese Canadian demographic. It will be a 15 and 6-second spot in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Synopsis: The spot takes place in a kitchen, in which a Chinese father (age 60) and his daughter (dentist, 30) are preparing a family meal together. In the midst of cooking, the father experiences gum pain. The daughter, who is also a dentist, pulls Crest Detoxify toothpaste from her grocery bag, handing it over to her father while verbalizing the benefits, educating him on the fact there is a toothpaste that can solve the issue. The commercial ends in a lighthearted scene where the father, daughter, and other members of the family are happily enjoying their dinner. The overall tone of the spot is light-hearted and family-oriented.
