Our News Station is looking for a part time, Studio Operator to join our growing team! Effective October 1, 2021, all newly hired CMG employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their start date. CMG will provide reasonable accommodations as required by law for individuals unable to be vaccinated due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.This position requires flexibility to work overnights, early mornings, evenings, late nights, holidays and weekends.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Operate the prompter for live and recorded programmingMonitoring and adjusting robotic cameras for live and recorded programmingTargeting cameras between showsMonitoring camera movements to assure that the units do not collide and cables are clear of wheelsInsuring that studio floor is free from obstaclesManage the studio floor for live and recorded programmingMiscellaneous duties, including maintenance and studio preparationLamp replacement for studio fixturesLighting gel replacementLight board operationAssist News Production with set and lighting maintenanceOther duties as assigned
