Production Executive to join our talented and friendly team based in central London on a 12-month fixed term basis. This is a really exciting time for our non scripted department as it continues to build upon its existing portfolio of titles and beyond.Reporting to the Head of Production and working closely with the Development team and fellow Prod Execs, the role is integral to the successful delivery of the department’s programmes - right through from sizzle pitch to transmission. Alongside the key responsibilities of budgeting, planning and managing programmes the PE will also play a key part in ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of protocols to ensure the highest operational and welfare standards across all our productions.Whilst our ideal candidate will have a successful track record in production management at a senior level, with strong communication, negotiating and organisational skills, the ability to people manage and to be able to motivate and develop a thriving team is more important than a dedication to spreadsheets!
