We are the UK's longest running live jewellery shopping channel with over 15 years’ experience in broadcasting high quality informative television, and we are currently looking to hire a Studio Technical Operator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Broadcast Team. We are looking for a highly motivated passionate team member who will bring energy and commitment to our team and are keen to learn new skills.We create highly dynamic exciting outputs so the role of Technical Operator primarily involves studio camera work based on close up jewellery shots and moving pedestal work, experience in either skills would be beneficial but not required as training will be given on the job. The role also includes floor management tasks as our technical operators are in charge of preparing presenters mics and talk-back units before their shows as well as ongoing organisation of the jewellery we sell during our hourly shows.Required attributes:-Highly motivated, we need a Technical Operator who will constantly strive to learn and improve to help us continue to create dynamic and exciting live television.-Organised, being in charge of the studio floor during our shows means the technical operator needs to ensure that every hour of sales is as successful as it can be.-Flexible, we are live 24/7 so our technical operator must be prepared to work any shift times we need them to.Once on shift, you will work on a 7 day Fortnight which will require you to work every other weekend.  Due to the location of our studios and shift patterns worked – your own transport is essential
