About me
My career as a composer began at Wells Cathedral School where I was first introduced to DAWs and using computers to create music. What started out as a hobby quickly grew into a passion and I would spend every free minute in the technology suite writing, arranging and transcribing music by ear and from notation. I also voluntarily assisted my lecturer with the younger year groups to learn faster for which, including my top-of-the-class grades in the subject, I was awarded the sixth form academic prize for Music Technology two years in a row.
Later at university I began to explore production of audio, spending an increasing amount of time in the studio recording and mastering projects for fellow students and professional musicians. I also took part in a number of theatrical shows and music performances as a sound and lighting technician, and assisted the BBC on their annual visit to our campus for the BBC Singer of the World competition. I have continued this trend since graduation, even working alongside John Cornfield at the Sawmills studio during a week-long residential session with a two-time Brit award winning artist.
I continue to write music professionally and in my own time, as well as producing and collaborating with unsigned artists across the country.
