About me
Lighting designer, Stage Manager and general theatre professional. I have extensive experience touring as a musician. At university I studied the creative industries extensively, including stage management, technical theatre, physical theatre, theatre management and youth and outreach programmes. My passion lies in the creative arts and has done from a very young age but has manifested into a desire not to act or perform, but to become a part of the invaluable creative and practical team that breathes life into the theatre experience.
I am ambitious, driven and a go getter who is always happy to go above and beyond. I take pride in working efficiently and problem solving creatively. Being able to work well as part of a team is a big part of who i am and my successes so far, that being said, i am also able to stand and take a lead when it is asked of me, or if i feel it necessary.

Highlights
-
Theatre Tribe Academy
Peter was a total superstar, working with Theatre Tribe on two of our shows this Summer. Our final show days are often quite hair raising experiences for our lighting technicians since they have to adapt to the lighting, the desk and the script in a matter of hours, whilst plotting the show to our director's liking in a limited time plus making any changes asap. For both venues Peter did a sterling job, and nothing was ever too much for him. Needless to say we look forward to working with him again! -
Magic Hat Productions
Pete and I worked together on a production of Pinter's Betrayal. He was overseeing all things technical and his main role was to come up with a dynamic and edgy lighting design. His designs were fantastic and he was consistently a true professional. No job was too big or challenging, and he showed a real passion in completing the production to the best standard possible. I would highly recommend Pete for future theatrical opportunities and would not hesitate in hiring him again.
Adam Romain, Magic Hat Productions -
Twisted Dame Productions
I worked with Pete on a production of Sleeping Beauty: An Adult Panto. We were having trouble finding a competent Stage Manager and Pete stepped up to the plate with a few weeks left to spare.
He acted with the utmost professionalism throughout, coming to most rehearsals and taking copious notes, finding almost all the props and working with the rest of the team to put tech and set together. Several times he went above and beyond when we realised we had forgotten something and went out of his way to get it.
Throughout the run of the show, due to tech limitations Pete then stepped up to do the lighting for the show and did a fantastic job.
I would recommend Pete to any one else putting a show together and will certainly be bugging him to work with me again on future shows I may find myself putting on.
A true pro.
