The colours of life are in the eye of the beholder

  Shades of White tells the story of Fernanda, an atypical pale- skinned Brazilian  girl studying in London and her unlikely and brief encounters with  Joseph, an afro descendant school boy from a lower middle class family. Sceptical and in search of her own identity  ,Fernanda  found the perfect excuse to be  away from her over protective mother and a home town where she does not fit in.  Their paths cross when  she witness Joseph being  mugged for his bike, and Fernanda tries to find help unsuccessfully.
