The Emmys 2018 nominations revealed - Game of Thrones, Westworld and Saturday Night Live enjoy nods
The Television Academy revealed the 2018 Emmy NominatIons with Game of Thrones leading the way with 22 total nominations closely followed by Westworld and Saturday Night Live who each received a respective 21. Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale (20), The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story (18) and Atlanta (16) also placed big.
Ryan Eggold of The Blacklist and Samira Wiley from The Handmaid's Tale announced the Emmy nominations from the Television Academy's headquarters.
The 70th Emmy Awards will take place on Sunday, September 17 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and will be presented by Saturday Night Live stars Michael Che and Colin Jost.
