If brands are looking to collaborate with you, your quest to become an influencer has taken off. Soon you’ll be researching the top UK influencer agencies, wondering which might best manage your personal brand.
The appeal of an agency is that it can take over the admin – from client outreach and responding to emails to tackling the nitty-gritty of contract negotiations – so you can concentrate on creating content.
It’s a major milestone, whether you’re aiming to become a UGC creator or collaborate with sponsors for your own audience, but there’s almost as many types of agency as there are types of creator.
So the question is: Which of these top influencer agencies in the UK might prove your best fit?
1. The Goat Agency
- Best for: global reach
- Notable clients: Nivea, IBM, Heineken, Dell, and Calvin Klein
The self-proclaimed “only truly globally scaled-up influencer marketing agency in the world” boasts a vast network of creators, 650 expert employees across 37 markets worldwide, and over 50,000 campaigns with more than 10 billion combined views.
“I properly fangirled when I saw an email from Goat Agency in my inbox, because I know they’re a really big creative agency,” says content creator Beth Fuller. “They do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. You just get to create and do the bit that you want to focus on.”
2. Vivian Agency
- Best for: long-term partnerships
- Notable clients: SafetyWing, CardTrader, Xolo, DOD Outdoors, and Onewayfly
The team at Vivian does things a little differently. “Vivian Agency combines influencer marketing with affiliate programme management under one roof,” Pallavi Singal writes for Businessabc. “Influencers become affiliates. Affiliates become long-term partners.”
Vivian proudly “work[s] with micro and macro influencers from all around the world in a wide variety of niches,” and the clients and brand connections it forges are designed to last. If you’re offered to create one or two paid posts for Vivian, it could turn into consistent influencer marketing work and the chance to become an affiliate.
“The agency focuses on turning creators into long-term revenue partners rather than one-off collaborations,” María Vincenzini writes for Influencer Hero “With over $15 million (£11 million) in tracked revenue generated and 80+ programs launched, the agency is often chosen by brands looking to build sustainable, performance-based influencer and affiliate ecosystems.”
3. Get Social With Lily (GSWL)
- Best for: creator-led representation
- Notable clients: Shein, boohoo, Missy Empire, Barry M, and London Fashion Week
Lily Herridge-Baker started running business socials at age 15, and in 2024 launched her eponymous agency that currently represents over 100 creators.
Having worked as a creator herself, it’s no surprise that Herridge-Baker’s agency puts its talent first. As well as connecting the names on its books with clients, GSWL offers advice, support, and networking opportunities.
“Lily is super sweet,” says UK creator Ella Marie. “I’ve actually landed two collaborations through her already, and I’ve not been with her very long.… A really big jewellery brand, and…probably the biggest brand I’ve ever worked with to date.”
There’s even two distinct rosters to fit different experience levels.
GSWL’s Exclusive Influencer Roster requires:
- Over 25,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Previous campaign experience
- Social media as your full-time job (or at least close to that goal)
For those just starting out, nonexclusive memberships aimed at nano or micro-influencers can “help you with every step of your influencing journey and watch you grow and achieve your initial goals.”
4. SevenSix Agency
- Best for: diversity and inclusion
- Notable clients: Celsius, Better, Molton Brown, and New Balance
Influencer Charlotte Stavrou founded SevenSix as a “direct response to the lack of diversity within the ad industry.”
“Each creator is so different from the other, which is what keeps me going!” head of talent Rianna Williams told Influencer Intelligence. “We have creators who focus on hair (different textures), we have high-end beauty, genderless makeup, fashion, entrepreneurship, food, and comedy.… I like to say we represent the underrepresented.”
Such efforts earned SevenSix the Boutique Influencer Marketing Agency of the Year award at the 2023 bCreator Awards.
5. Disrupt
- Best for: attention-grabbing content
- Notable clients: Huel, Netflix, LG, Boss, and Absolut Vodka
Disrupt pitches itself as “combin[ing] the science of audiences with the power of creators to deliver real returns for your business.”
It’s an agency focused squarely on impactful, engaging single campaigns. Disrupt tends to opt for “project-focused engagements rather than long-running retainer models,” according to influencer marketing platform Flinque.
The agency is part of the Tomorrow Group – which includes data tech company Braidr and global search and AI intelligence platform Luminr – but its content emphasises impact.
Disrupt describes itself as “a full-service influencer marketing agency that makes brands famous by creating social and influencer campaigns that command attention and deliver stand-out results.” Its team of “collective disruptors” work to create, build, and amplify campaigns across various social and entertainment platforms.
6. House of Marketers
- Best for: TikTok-first creators
- Notable clients: Red Bull, Hilton, Apple Music, KFC, and Groupon
House of Marketers, which sees itself as a leader in “the future of Gen Z and millennial marketing,” has directed its focus squarely on TikTok. Managing director Inigo Rivero (formerly one of TikTok’s first EMEA employees) works alongside a team of experts with insider knowledge of how TikTok’s, Instagram’s, and YouTube’s algorithms work, to help creators succeed on the platform.
If you’re focusing your influencer energies on TikTok, it’s worth considering.
7. NewGen
- Best for: gamers levelling up
- Notable clients: Pepsi, Blizzard, Porsche, Heinz, and Revolut
NewGen collaborates with creators across the influencer sphere, but its roster shows a clear inclination toward gaming. Top Twitch streamers such as B0aty, ImAngelikaa, and Hanner are represented alongside gaming YouTubers including SIM2 and The Salt Factory.
NewGen truly prioritises growth. Beyond working to “connect our creators directly to some of the biggest brands on the planet,” NewGen helps shape your long-term strategy and maximise your income with fresh revenue opportunities.
Take their collaboration with Activision Blizzard to pump up hype for Season 6 of Overwatch 2: Invasion. Teaming with WWE legend John Cena and teasing his debut as The Enigma’on popular Twitch streams, their “globally trending activation” resulted in over 205 million total campaign impressions.
