A world with no communication. Welcome to the world of Decay.

A world torn apart and controlled by the government out of fear of uprising. After a terrorist attack on the UK mainland, the government have seen fit to outlaw all verbal communication. The only way to communicate is to write on government monitored notepads. One man is injected into a world where nobody dare communicate. With no idea where he is, he is thrust into the world of Decay.
