I am a professional full time TV presenter & corporate event host with many good credits to my name.

Ongoing, I present the world feed broadcast of the World Touring Car Cup for Eurosport Worldwide and Discovery. Recently, I hosted the prestigious 'Car Of The Year Awards in Geneva; the live F1 shows for the Aston Martin F1 team; and I am about to start filming the for the ITV's 'On the Road' alongside Tiff Needell.

I have also presented the live F1 coverage for the World Feed and live screens at the F1 races for GP TV; the live coverage of Dakar for Redbull TV; the live studio show of the World Rally Championship; the live international feed and app feed for Le Mans; and I am the presenter of the most recent tv series on the Bentley 100 year anniversary.

I also regularly host many live events and 'Zoom' events including the FIA Women In Motorsport show; Farnborough Air Show; the London Boat Show; the National Pet Show; Motorsport Days; SuperCar Festival; Autosport International; as well as countless launch events.

I am a qualified Yoga and Mindfulness coach and am the creator and presenter of six top selling yoga dvds on Amazon called 'Yoga Made Simple' - my 7th is out this Christmas. I am also the yoga columnist for Bestfit Magazine.

I created and host two well rated podcasts: Mindset Unfiltered, for which I interview top athletes, health warriors and celebrities on their mental and physical approach to life; and Girl on Girl, for which I cohost with an expert midwife and we discuss trauma, health, life and fitness. Both podcasts are available on all podcast platforms.

Among many other voiceover credits, I have recently finished voicing the 'Cocker Spaniel Handbook' for Audible.
