About me

I trained at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art on the 3 Year Acting Diploma Course; subsequent training in Lee Strasberg's Method with Tony Greco in London and New York and Meisner Technique with Jean Fennell in London. I trained as a TV presenter with Glenn Kinsey, the Pozitiv Group, Pozitiv Productions.. Journalism work experience with Bath Chronicle. I have taught acting and improvisation at Identity School Of Acting and Yaa Asanantewaa Community Centre and have run poetry/drama workshops for Farrago Poetry with Kensington and Chelsea Libraries.

I am an award winning poet winning The Poem for Slough Competition 2018 with my Poem ‘Slough Homecoming,’ in the 18 and over category and the overall winner category - an antidote to Sir John Betjeman’s scathing poem, ‘Slough,’ and, City Of Stories - London Short Story Competition winner 2017. Recently, my poetry has been published in The Bollocks To Brexit Anthology 2019 and the September 2019 issue of Reach Poetry Magazine. I’ve performed my poetry at the 2019 Queen’s Park Literary Festival. I have written a theatre play, The Legend Of Bella Rosa and had readings at the Tricycle Theatre, 2011 and The Actors Centre, 2010, and have written 5 feature film scripts removed and four short film scripts. 2012. I enjoy travelling, driving, cooking, Tai Chi, research and reading.
