About me

Prior to training as a professional actor James gained an honours degree in Japanese Studies from Durham University and then began training for the qualifications necessary for the British Stunt Register. During this period of training he became qualified to an advanced level in stage combat and worked as both a fitness and massage professional. Various roles in theatre and in front of the camera during this time led to his decision to follow a career in acting and then trained at The City Lit in London completing their Advanced Performance Diploma in July 2012.

Since turning professional he has performed both nationally and internationally with recent performances including Macbeth at The Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Dublin and as killer Steven Caruso in Docudrama ‘The Killer Beside Me 2’ for Discovery.
