About me

Juliette Burton is an award-winning actress, performer, presenter and writer. Her background as a writer and broadcast journalist led to her working for companies such as the BBC and IPC Media.

Juliette has performed two sell-out solo shows, When I Grow Up and Look At Me, at the Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe. She has also toured both shows around the country as well as taking When I Grow Up to the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne Comedy Festival. When I Grow Up was named as a Top 10 show by Chortle and featured in John Lloyd’s Quite Interesting Edinburgh as part of the BBC’s fringe coverage. Look At Me was nominated for the Talk Of The Town Award for Culture by The Skinny, Scotland’s largest independent arts and culture magazine.

Juliette has appeared on This Morning (ITV), Skin Deep (BBC Radio Scotland), Feeling Kind Of Funny (BBC Radio Scotland) and MacAulay & Co (BBC Radio Scotland).

Juliette is a spokesperson for the Be Real campaign and acts as an ambassador for the charity B-eat. She presented at the inaugural Body Confidence Awards held at the House of Commons alongside Gok Wan, Viv Groskop and Jameela Jamil.
