About me
Originally from Yorkshire, I am an award winning British actress and producer based in both London and Glasgow. I am willing to travel nationally and internationally. I trained at Drama Studio London, where I was awarded the Trinity Diploma in Professional Acting. A bookworm from a young age, I was bitten by the acting bug when I realised that it was actually possible to inhabit the world of the characters on the pages of my books and bring their stories to life. I was lucky to get my first taste of the stage as a member of the children's chorus in Phyllida Lloyd's acclaimed production of La Boheme with Opera North, and haven't looked back since.Stage combat trained and certified, I am an active person who enjoys taking part in extreme fitness challenges. I am currently training for a marathon.
I am extremely passionate about my craft, driven and very hardworking. I enjoy challenging myself and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I have been described as a 'pleasure to direct' by those I have worked with.
I was recently nominated for Best World Actress at the Austin Revolution Film Festival.
I am interested in a wide range of mediums including theatre, tv, film, voice overs, video games and commercials, with a particular interest in theatre and period/historical dramas.
