About me
I am a British actress. I am from the Midlands and have bases in Manchester and London. I graduated from The academy of live & recorded arts in 2019. This training allowed me to develop my fundamental screen acting skills as well as radio and theatre. It also enabled me to explore all sorts of characters and challenge myself in every aspect. I am a very passionate artist and I am eager to learn and grow in the industry.Acting experience:
Since graduating I have been in ITV’s Coronation Street. I have just recently wrapped with them again and the latest episode will air on 30th October. I was really thrilled to be invited back by the casting director and now I have a recurring role.
I also embarked on a theatre tour around Italy called ‘The life of Nelson Mandela’. The play was aimed at educating young people about the effects of racism; although I had other opportunities lined up at the time, I felt this was an offer I couldn’t refuse. I feel incredibly grateful that I was able to use my talent, to change perspectives internationally.
During the lockdown period I wrote a piece called ‘My quarantine diary’ I performed the piece live on BBC Radio. I really wanted to demonstrate my perseverance during this time and continue to stay productive in terms of my career.
Singer:
I am an individual looking for the opportunity to have my voice freed and hopefully touch the hearts of many people. I am studying at drama school and was fortunate enough to gain a place at The Academy Of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA). Acting and singing has always been a passion of mine and there is no better feeling than entertaining and having a long lasting effect on the audience. I am undoubtedly hard working in everything I do. My course at drama school does not include much singing and I would like to broaden my experience.I have had many singing lessons with a tutor at Birmingham School of Acting and from this I have gained confidence in singing and would relish at the opportunity to pursue both as a career.
