About me
I have just completed two years of professional training in the Performing Arts industry at Evolution Foundation College and Masters Performing Arts. As my training has developed, I have become even more passionate about acting and have previously starred in a Popcorn commercial advertising the brand Retro corn, Filmed by Run Around Productions. This experience allowed me to learn a lot about the filming process, teaching that consistency and continuity are key. This lead onto other jobs working with Run Around Productions, which involved working as a voice actress for an events organisation and a Jewellery company named Tresor Paris.I have a strong dance background and was recently involved in an animation for The University Of Hertfordshire using motion capture technology to capture a love scene. Due to my affable personality, ability to adapt and familiarity with the entertainment industry, nothing beats a new challenge that is going to push you as an actor to reach new heights.

Dance has always been one of my main passions and something I have practised since I was around 5. I started off by taking Ballroom and Latin classes, allowing me to take part in various competitions on a regular basis, often picking up awards and trophies. As my love for this escalated, I auditioned for a TV search, looking for young talented dancers on GMTV (This Morning) and made it to the finals. This small taster of what I could achieve was enough to motivate me to be the best I could possibly be as I continued my training. Soon after this I realised how vital technique was and took up ballet and jazz lessons at a local dance school. At the age of 15 I wanted dance to be a bigger part of my life so I auditioned for and later joined The Suffolk Youth Dance Company, the flagship company of DanceEast. During my time with the company we did many performances representing DanceEast, mainly in contemporary. During this period we competed against other dance institutions in England and on various occasions reached the finals of 'U Dance', a regional dance competition held in the UK. After about a year I was spotted by a couple from Aldeburgh, who wanted me to perform alongside singers in an Opera they were currently directing. This taught me so much about connecting my movement to lyrics and also gave me a chance to watch and learn from experienced professionals I was working with. This got me thinking and made me realise I had to broaden my horizons by training in as many areas as possible, so I joined a local theatre company which trained me in all 3 disciplines including acting, singing and dancing. We put on 2 shows per year and I was lucky enough to feature as a princliple role in West Side Story, Joseph and Legally Blonde, which was a great experience and learning opportunity, feeding off other young talent. After being a part of this for almost 2 years, a friend I had met along the way decided to open up his own theatre company called Eastern Edge. Thankfully I was asked to be the choreographer for this and worked on an Original musical before creating movement for Guys and Dolls followed by Bonnie and Clyde. This taught me how crucial organisation is, being the main role model for the dancers. Moreover, it provided me with great leadership practise, controlling a big group of people and delivering your material as clearly as possible.

My interest in acting sparked when I joined a local theatre company, gaining principle roles in musicals such as West Side Story, Joseph and Legally Blonde. This lead to further opportunities where I was offered the role of choreographer for Eastern Edge Theatre Company, after seeing me perform in Guys and Dolls. Since that point I knew I wanted to take things more seriously and therefore began training at Evolution Foundation College. This prepared me to go onto full time training at Masters Performing Arts where I practised all 3 disciplines on a full time basis. During my training, I was invited to act in a Popcorn commercial for the brand Retro-corn, working alongside Run Around Productions. After this experience, I soon booked another job with the same production company working as a Voice Actress for an events organisation as well as a well known Jewellery company called Tresor Paris.
