About me

I began acting at school gaining a GCSE in Drama , this initial period gave me confidence to persue the arts further.
Acting experience:
I have performed live on stage, in various shows in front of big and intimate audiences. My credits consist of my featured television, film and commercial work . I am trained in various acting methods and preparation for auditions and monologues and scene work. I train in the meisner technique and take courses at the prestigious actors centre in London.I have worked on many productions as a stand in and double. At the beginning of 2020 I played the role of the tour guide in the BBC 3 comedy sketch show Famalam opposite Samson Kayo. I have studied acting at CSSD on two intensive short courses. The areas of focus were practical exercises exploring modern texts, utilising skills acquired in the rehearsal of scenes from a single play, I developed the ability to assimilate a director’s comments and observations in the development of a role. Through improvisation exercises and character development, I developed a basic acting vocabulary.exploring techniques in freeing the actor’s voice, imagination and physicality, as well as enhancing skills in working supportively with others in the creation of character, situation and role. I worked with experienced tutors who nurtured both my confidence and creativity. I studied audition techniques for commercials and monologue readings in NYC with a small group taught by a industry professional. we also studied various acting methods which helped create and build upon characters. I am a trained meisner actor and continue to work on this technique through weekly drop ins.
Additional skills:
trained dancer with a degree in Contemporary Dance, I also have trained in Jazz, Ballet, competitive Ballroom and Latin ,Hip hop , waacking, house, locking, popping and Commercial heels . I have performed at live and recorded events and music videos including artists Emeli Sande and The Kooks.
