Rea was nominated for the Best Performance Award as the lead in HIDE and SEEK - Winner of the Michael Powell Award for Best British Feature Film, directed by Joanna Coates. “One of the Most Bewitching and Elegant British Films of the Last Decade” – Front Row reviews.

Rea has a gifted ability to play a diverse range of roles with subtlety, ranging from dark social misfits, to ambitious professional, to optimistic girl-next-door.

Rea has a strong screen presence and delivers authentic, nuanced characterization.

Rea is an experienced theatre actress. She has worked with leading companies and directors such as the award winning Polish ensemble, 'Song of the Goat' theatre company and 1989 Productions, performing in new writing, classical texts and dance/physical theatre work.

"This is the first film credit for Rea Mole, who bears a striking resemblance to Tilda Swinton" – Indie Outlook

Cast as lead in new feature film with ESA Films, PINKY, shooting January 2017

"We recently cast Rea in the lead role of Sarah in our feature film, PINKY. Rea is a gifted actress who is able to play complex characters with sensitivity. The arc of the role requires an actress who can come across as having a tough exterior whilst being affectionate and vulnerable at times. During rehearsals Rea has demonstrated an ability to get right to the heart of the character very quickly, as well as engaging on a deep emotional level with other characters on set. It’s been a pleasure watching her work"- Zaheer Ahmad, Director of ESA Films
