About me

William trained at Bird College and as an intern/student ambassador to the McOnie Company. Alongside this, he has had the pleasure of working as an assistant with West End and internationally renowned creatives such as Carole Todd, Nick Winston, Steven Dexter and Summer Strallen. Over the last year, he has been two time Offie nominated for Best Choreographer as a result of his work on [Title of Show] and Boy Toy. The latter being his original all male narrative ballet based on Coppélia, which is due to receive a subsequent production in Edinburgh this year.

Other choreographic and directorial credits include: Next Thing You Know, Frostbite, Gradfest’s Showcase, Black Magic Woman, Queereteria TV, Diary of a W*nky Actor and the cabaret show Cut Before Curtain Up. Assistant choreographer/director credits include the following Offie nominated productions: Pippin, Romance Romance, Musical of Musicals (The Musical!), along with Naked Boys Singing, Mother Goose and Cynthia’s Girls (for prestigious producer Paul Nicholas).

William aims to use dance as an increasingly accessible art form and to revive its historic position at the forefront of storytelling. Having worked internationally as a performer he wishes to continue this as a creative, bringing quality theatre to everyone through the inclusive means of non verbal communication. He wishes to unite audiences through relatable content and champion the theatre as a universally moving and enjoyable experience. His ambition is to collaborate further with students, artists and loo creatives within London’s conservatoires, its fringe venues and its prestigious West End.
