About me

My CV does no justice in comparison to having me actually work as part of your team. If the contents of your brief is really as you desire then I will make the perfect addition. Not only am I very flexible and easy to work with but I am also wise with decision making and able to raise the morale of the people around me.

I do drive and use public transport so travel is no issue, so any time that I am needed I will be able to help out. I HAVE to finish all the projects that I start and they have to be to the best of my ability so I am very good at leading by example. Loyalty is a main attribute of mine and I love getting to know new/ different types of people.

I will, without a doubt, be able to raise spirits and create a sense of love amongst a team just as I have done at any other job. In my current role I have become a bridge between higher management and the other staff with a loyalty that doesn't favour either side more. I also have good relationships with staff in other branches and any of my ex managers that have since moved to other areas of the business.

I directly manage 4 members of staff but I am responsible for the whole store with certain aspects of development and training. Other areas that I am involved in include budgets, recruitment, opening and closing and dealing with anything that involves the cash.

There are many more interesting things that I bring to the table but I do prefer to not blow my own trumpet. References are available if needed and I really do look forward to hearing from you.
