About me

A Creative Social Media and Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in Entertainment and Travel.

I have two years’ experience as Social Media and Marketing at The Experience Department, a global entertainment company. I am responsible for the overall management and communication across all digital platforms, and I also create engaging content, both are skills that make me the perfect candidate for the job.

During my time in this role, as sole manager of all content, community management and all social media channels, I have had extensive experience in writing engaging copy for our owned digital platforms.  I ensure that all digital content speaks to our wide-ranging target audiences that include consumer, industry, and client bases.

I am also lead on writing creative proposals, content briefs, shooting content and editing it on Adobe Software such as Premier Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and when needed to create quick graphics utilising programmes such as Canva or liaising with the graphic design team.

I evaluate and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Meta and Sprout social and am able to report back on performance. I also carry out competitor research and industry trends using tools like Rival IQ.


I have strong experience in building relationships with clients and working across global locations to ensure that we have engaging content for our owned and client social media platforms. An example of this was working alongside the Senior Manager of Kids and Family Entertainment on board MSC Cruises for their launch of their ground-breaking ship, World Europa.


I have always been interested in the industry and have experience as a Videographer on location for TUI, Second Shooter and Location Assistant for Incite Video, I was also a Second Assistant Producer for and advertising campaign with Huffton Bikes collaboration with Disney, a Production Assistant for Kinetal Media and also as an editorial web Journalist for a global media agency.


From 2015 to 2018 I studied Media and Communications at Birmingham City University, where I received a 2:1 Bachelor of Art’s degree, with TV Broadcasting and Radio being two of the key modules. During this time, I was selected to gain industry experience with The One Show. My final year project, was a live music broadcast that focused on local talent to Birmingham, we also did a live radio broadcast that included ‘Live Lounge’ style covers both of which I produced. Sir Lenny Henry also came to the final broadcast to sit and have a 121 with me and find out more about the projects.


I have also had work experience as casting intern for ITV’s Love Island and worked as a stand-in on Celebrity Juice.

I have a passion for all things digital and storytelling to engage audiences. I have a can-do attitude, gained good experience, have industry knowledge and the creative skills for production job.
