Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
Shooting schedules, budget breakdowns, scene breakdowns, call-sheets, creating production drive, creating projects in Shotgun and Yamdu, crew recruitment, agreements, basic health and safety compliance, COVID waivers, COVID disclaimers, risk assessments, insurance, permits, liaising with HOD’s, completing production documents, securing locations and location agreements and pitch-decks, child actor licensing compliance, location scouting.

Challenged with sourcing 2 Actors, who met the criteria, and who were ready to shoot within a 4 days and to budget, successfully compiled a shortlist of 10 actors that were available for a shoot within four days; reviewed over 200 applications including showreels and imagery with the Project Manager
Worked as part of a team to develop a proof of concept in incorporating 360 video with immersive audio, presenting this to the Manager of these companies
Successfully monitored production and produced production proposals for funding with responsibility for location scouting, securing, shooting permits, and COVID compliance
Held full responsibility for negotiating casting and auditioning, cast contracts, wrote COVID waivers, disclaimers and issued call-sheets
Scheduled and managed comprehensive rehearsal timetables, thoroughly preparing cast and crew ahead of live performances
Played a key role in determining costs involved for immersive audio recordings and 360 filming tasks and assessed against a departmental budget
