Last negative COVID Test removed *References and links to my portfolio of work have been attached below, however my aim is to inform you of the vast experience you will receive in a live environment and a leader who can take projects from start to finish (or my number one phrase 'dust to delivery'). My key skills are in delivering engaging video content that generates a call to action or invokes emotive behaviour leading to sales. In terms of kit, my personal equipment is based around the Blackmagic and Panasonic ecosystem (Canon and Sony trained), I own and have access to camera, vision and grip equipment capable of resolutions up to 12K in full 4:4:4 color space via jibs, gimbals and, sliders. Coupled with an MSI GS65 laptop and uncompressed capture cards, I can deliver a bespoke brief whatever the requirements. Traditionally, my experience is in a broadcast environment using SDI servo lens-based cameras (PTZ, ENG for Television and music studios, Outside Broadcast for sports, finance, and entertainment). My predominant training occurred at Ravensbourne University, however, my sales and IT background paired with time in the industry (8+ years) has given me a strong knowledge of video production and how to work with the pivot online for social platforms, websites, and mobile applications. My universal skills apply across a variety of software programs utilising the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Blackmagic, Wirecast, Vmix, Office, and countless ever-changing software interfaces. This competency across numerous fields of expertise focuses on being malleable with varying clients and budgets means you get tailored content that delivers results. In the majority of the last 5 years in industry, I have worked in broadcasting live events and music across the globe, taking the lead on a startup mobile app - Stream Live. A personal highlight for me was growing them to become a recognised player in a crowded market that had a multitude of successful outside broadcasts in Las Vegas. From the world-famous Bellagio Hotel, alongside the world (in)famous Drai's Nightclub, Los Angeles in the Beverly Hills Mansions, grassroots and studio work in Georgia Atlanta plus taking charge of a live-streamed music festival in Melbourne (Festival X). Most recently, the focus was to help my fellow collaborators in the music industry and make a difference by assisting HOTVOX, a music promoter, to stay afloat in challenging circumstances. Due to the impact of COVID-19, musicians & promoters were heavily disrupted by lockdown restrictions thus cash flow was minimal. DO IT LIVE set out to create a platform for artists to perform and raise money, through a live-streamed gig to YouTube 4 times a week, where fans could donate and purchase merchandise, free tickets to shows, and many more unique rewards. This was a success in a little over 3 months, with revenue generated reaching over £80,000 with artists thrilled to buy digital content and assets. More recently, I am on the lookout to diversify my cinematography and marketing skills, but my core strengths are in producing and directing whilst utilising vision mixing, stream encoding, and multi-camera directing to my advantage.. Using Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci Resolve and After Effects, my workflow is fast and turnaround times can be on the day where possible. Past music clients include: Rick Astley, Migos, Lil Pump, Juicewrld, and Calvin Harris. The full list of artists I've worked with over the last decade are presented on my website. Day rates are dependent on the kit, typically for a 12+ hour day, it can range from between £200-£350 and in most cases both video, slow motion and photography. You will receive cinematic, broadcast-level delivery with close attention to detail and clear shoot reports included for every file transfer in post-production. Rest assured, not all clients and businesses have unlimited budgets, so lower competitive pricing is in place for short-form social media and web content. The aforementioned services typically regularly encompass setup, production and strike. Other tasks such as pre-production, advance testing, location scouting, and post production such as graphics or editing would be on a per-project basis.
