About me
I have been working/training as scenic artist since I finished school and started working part time with my father Rod Holt a set painter and classical painter himself. The years of experience I have built up originally where as the Salisbury Playhouse producing theatre. But in that time have I also freelanced for varies theaters such as The Nuffield Southampton, Theatre Royal 2, The Watermill and the outdoor Shakespeare theatre in Ludlow.Additional skills:
Whilst training part as a scenic artist I studied as Peter Symonds collage, fine art, Product Design, and Textiles. I then went on to do a foundation degree at the Winchester School of Art and finally got a first Class BA (Hons) in Illustration and Animation from Bristol UWE.

Additional information:
I am experienced and slikked in all areas of scenic art, from mixing/matching colour, texturing, to detailed back cloth and gauze painting. I am also proficient in polystyrene carving, and basic prop making.
