About me
I have recently finished a period of work at Oily Cart where I was the second production assistant on the Production of Mole in The Hole. I am currently preparing to ASM a production called Laundry Boy with Face Front Inclusive Theatre. The show will tour various London venues in March 2011, as well as reaching Oxford and Wolverhampton . Prior to this I am assisting in a production at the Soho Theatre called the Knitting Circle. Under the direction of Paulette Randall and Julie McNamara, I will assist with pre and post production matters as well as any other production duties that may arise.Currently working in a freelance capacity, I am seeking relevant work and opportunities to continue my career progression one my duties to The Knitting Circle and Laundry boy are complete.
Additional skills:
Whilst studying my Btec in Performing Arts at collage, I gained various practical and theoretical skills relating to theatre and performance. Aspiring to be a performer prior to my illness, has left me with a varied skill set as I changed my career path after specialising in performance. With skills in acting, singing, dancing, directing, writing and devising learnt pre Stroke and then moving into a more Administrative role as to stay in the career I loved so much, I know feel that I am a more rounded Arts professional with a good overall perspective to work in Theatre and Performance.
