About me
I'm Jacob known as Jakey to my friends. I am 10 years old and love dancing, acting, modelling & singing. I attend Italia Conti Associates (Hull) and absolutely love it! I take lessons in ballet (Grade 2), tap (grade 3)modern ( grade 3) , acting. Aerial and musical production. I attend Northern Ballet JA's.I absolutely love performing and entertaining. I was so proud to be in a professional Panto (Pete Pan) in 2015/16. I played Michael Darling and it was the best experience! I even got to fly!! I would love to do more professionals roles, I just love being on the stage, acting and dancing. I learn lines quickly and never have to be asked to practice or rehearse. I don't ever see it as a chore. I enjoy playing football, scootering and playing board games. At school I love maths and English. I recently played Little John in our school play and even got to rap! I would love to take part in more roles, gain more experience and will always keep working hard in my acting, dancing and singingSkills

Highlights
-
I have recently taken my dance exams and received distinction for Ballet grade 1, merit for tap grade 2& distinction for modern grade 2 -all ISTD. I have danced on stage during my schools shows, both alone and as part of a group. I also had a lot if dancing to learn and do for Panto. It was amazing dancing with professionals. I was told I stood out and was asked to go for another audition on my performance during Panto! I live learning routines and practice all the time! I dance when I'm 'walking' down the street, at school, when playing my ps4 and even in bed!! My ballet teacher said that she is very proud as I always put 100% into my dancing, in class and at home. She said I am a pleasure to teach and pick everything up very quickly. Dancing and perform timing make me happy and love seeing others smile when I dance for them.

I love acting!! Until last year I had performed in School plays but was given the chance to play Michael in a Mary Poppins montage with Italia Conti associates, at Hull New theatre. I also started the show with a comfy piece which got lots of laughs and claps! My highlight has been gaining a main part in Peter Pan Panto, Bridlington Spa in 2015/16, playing Michael Datling! I learnt my script quickly and had positive feedback about this. I absolutely loved performing on the stage for 3 weeks-it was the best experience! To work as part of a team with professionals (Chrissy Kett, carys gray, Arthur Bostrum, Matt binkler and Simon Grant) was an honour but we soon all became one big team, which I enjoyed and gained so much from! I worked with specialists as I had to fly! This was scary at first but I kept doing it and within 3 days I was loving it! I have been told I ooze confidence in stage, even if I am feeling nervous beforehand. I take direction very well, have a great sense of humour and seem to get along with everyone. I would like to show how hard I can work and can't wait to be able to take on my roles. Thank you for reading this.
