A&GFilms Media Entertainement Limited was established in 2002 by director, scriptwriter and producer Adrianos Georgantas. Since then the company has been active in developing feature films, as well as documentaries.

In 2008 producer Antigoni Gavriatopoulou joined the company and expanded its activities, towards international co-productions, executive producing of audiovisual work, and on the production of various Greek and international theatrical productions and other events. Antigoni Gavriatopoulou acquired a Master’s in Audiovisual Production from the University of Sorbonne in Paris. She has worked at CANAL+ (Paris, France) as a producer (1991-1996), and has since then produced more than 25 feature films, and television productions for the Greek company Lumiere Productions, either as executive producer for Greece or as co-producer. Many of these films have received distinctions and awards at international festivals (e.g. “Lilly’s Story”, 2001, by Roviros Manthoulis; “Les Champions d’Olympie”, 2004, re-enactment of the ancient Olympic Games, production: Gedeon Programmes, Arte). Since 1996 she has also produced many series and documentaries for the channels FILMNET, NOVA and ERT.

In 2009, three new members joined the company, the doctor and producer of theatre and film Sozos Loizos ( London,UK) , Cristina Machaira as the company’s public relations manager, and the author and economist Evgene Pierris as an admninistrative consultant.

The company is cooperating with other audiovisual companies both in Greece and abroad, and aims to play an active part in the cultural life of Greece, and promote its projects on the international market.
