Cat&Bear PICTURES is the production company of filmmakers Manon L. Ardisson and Samuel de Ceccatty. Since their first music video “FOOD” was premiered at Rushes, the Soho Shorts Festival, in July 2011, they have made together over a dozen videos, which have been selected by prestigious festivals and events (Rotorelief 2012; London Short Film Festival 2013; British Library Spring Festival 2013). They also produce commercial videos, both for competitions – notably winning the ENO trailer competition organised by Mike Figgis – and for commissions from music labels.

Manon L. ARDISSON – the Bear – decided to become a producer after a memorable week of work experience at Working Title Films in 2008. Starting as office runner at Kudos Film and TV, she then quickly progressed to production runner on BBC2 series “The Hour 2″, and, more recently, line producer on a comedy pilot commissioned by Kudos and directed by Harry Bradbeer. She still reads for Kudos while overseeing the production of Cat&Bear PICTURES’ projects, from development to marketing.

Samuel DE CECCATTY – the Cat - initially trained as graphic designer before decidedly turning to filmmaking. He notably directed a series of interviews for fashion retailer Joseph that was released on Vogue’s website; and worked on several of Riff Raff’s music videos as camera assistant. He writes, directs and edits all of Cat&Bear PICTURES’ projects, combining creativity and technical skills.
