DSBC is aiming to portray African and Caribbean people in a new, positive and empowered light via entertainment as theatre, magazine, drama, music etc. and Media.

DBC (Daughters of the black Continent) was first funded in 1998 as a branch of a charity called kairos-jeunesse. Miriam Depasse, Jaqueline Ngoya and Christine Rugurika produced the play ‘Cinderella or the African Fever’ for 4 shows (3 in Brussels and 1 in Paris).
