Based in Dearne Valley area of South Yorkshire, we aim to provide theatre which is both popular & challenging, whimsical & profound, home grown & far-flung for the people living in and beyond our community.
Our principal aim is to expand the horizons of both our audiences and those involved in our projects. We challenge the humdrum aspects of daily life, and push the boundaries of imagination by exploring different cultures and other moments in time.
The experience of each individual matters, and collaboration is celebrated and encouraged. Whether our work is seen in a large theatre, a tiny school, or out in the open air, our performances are visually stimulating, living works of art, reflecting the talents of professional practioners, and members of the community alike
