CREATIVE PLAY AND ENCHANTMENT
The House of Fairy Tales uses the vast narrative scope of fairy tales to provide creative, innovative and transformative learning experiences for young people of all ages and their families.

WHY FAIRY TALES?
Fairy tales are metaphors and moral barometers as well as engaging and entertaining stories which have been passed down through the oral tradition over the ages and across cultures. Folk tales, fables, myths and legends are all cousins of the fairy tale. Fairy tales contain the extremes of emotions, of hopes and fears as well as prejudice, discrimination and moral outrage. They evoke basic elements of trade, action, social structures and hierarchies, value systems, belief, spirituality, magic, romance as well as fear, danger, heroism and violence. They allow children to explore the complex minefield of these hopes, dreams and fears on a self-lead journey. Fairy Tales are, in short, a perfect vehicle for our educational principles!

HAPPY SOCIETY
The House of Fairy Tales is a uniquely child-centred, organisation for all ages, which is dedicated to meeting those challenges head on.
Central to The House of Fairy Tales is the belief that providing imaginative spaces to learn and play is not just about creating happy children but happy families and healthier communities and a thriving society too.

OUR EXPERTS
We work with an expanding team of experts from fields of theatre, performance, creative art and design as well as education, both young radicals and wise seniors, to ensure the richest learning experiences for even the trickiest of customers.
