Middle Child are a group University and Drama School graduates finding themselves at the heart of what they see as a crisis of national identity.

They were sold the university dream and find themselves almost unemployable, and they continue to watch as governments lose the trust and control of their people who have repeatedly turned to the streets to voice their protest to horrific cuts and neglect by those in power. They believe that "Theatre is about humanity, what it means to be alive and what it means to question the world in which we live. We want to remind of people that, and we want to provide them with quality, relevant, meaningful British theatre while we do it."
