Parallel Pictures was formed in 1993 by Producers Bill Chamberlain and Iain Brown. As the success of the company grew, Parallel joined the AIM market on the London Stock Exchange in 1998. In March 2000 Parallel Pictures was taken over by Netb2b2 Plc, an Internet Corporation. Following a successful MBO in October 2001, Parallel is now back to being privately owned.
