Created in 1995, Portland TV is the broadcasting arm of Northern and Shell. In addition to the fifteen channels it owns across SKY, DTT, Virgin Media and BT Vision, Portland also produces around a hundred and twenty adverts a year alongside music videos, multi-camera event coverage and provides an infrastructure to third party channels.
