Tim Biddiscombe is one of the UK’s emerging genre talents-to-watch, following in the footsteps of contemporaries Neil Marshall (The Descent), Christopher Smith (Severance) and James Watkins (Eden Lake).

Tim’s micro-budget feature debut NightDragon - a tense thriller in the tradition of Bound - has just been acquired for worldwide distribution by Media Luna Entertainment. The film made its festival debut at the 2008 Philadelphia Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, where it was acclaimed as a “taut and totally involving London underground crime thriller featuring two well-drawn and seriously non-stereotypical lesbians”. NightDragon is soon to be released in the UK and USA courtesy of TLA releasing.

As well as directing, Tim is currently producing Umbrage, a contemporary horror film starring Doug Bradley (Hellraiser) for Imagination Films. Tim is also co-writer for Die Spy, an action thriller feature film in development with Loud Mouse Productions. Tim has also shot many music videos, including much aired “Sword of Fire” video for Air Hammer, and the festival hit short films My Body Crumbles and Assisted Suicide.
