The Effort is a DIY initiative based in London, working creatively to produce cutting-edge art with minimal funding. Pooling the talents of musicians, painters, sculptors, performance artists and theatre practitioners The Effort has collaborated with fringe theatres and squats all over London.

As well as theatre, The Effort produces music in the form of the alternative band EFFORT (http://theeffortband.bandcamp.com). EFFORT regularly performs at top London venues and collaborates on sound design for The Effort’s theatre productions.
