Zafar Iqbal Films Limited was officially launched by Mayor of Rochdale, Councillor Peter Evans at the World Premiere of Zafar Iqbal’s debut film BANANA BOYS on Tuesday 4 December 2007 at Odeon Cinema, Rochdale.

Zafar Iqbal is a trained British Kashmiri Actor and Filmmaker. He read BA (Hons) Media and Performance degree. He has over 8 years experience of performing arts and filmmaking.

Other then BANANA BOYS World TV Premiere, 5 short films made by Zafar Iqbal have had their World TV Premiere on SKY TV on DM Digital TV on Monday 23 April 2007 at 18:00 hours.
