About me
EmploymentWarner Brothers Studio Tour London: the making of Harry Potter

Currently I work as an Interactor at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour London; the making of Harry Potter. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an interactor I have deep knowledge of the Harry Potter franchise and how the films were made. Interactors speak and demonstrate the sets, props and costumes of the films as well as take private and VIP tours, British Sign Language tours and Audio Descriptive tour for visually impaired. It is a fast paced customer service role which requires me to work well both independently and part of a team. I always aim to be insightful, friendly and to make the visitors day special. This position has been intense but very rewarding. I have learnt enormous amounts about good customer service, the film industry and the magical world of Harry Potter.
Dresser
Harry Potter and The Cursed Child - Palace Theatre, London September 2018
In July of last year, I had the opportunity of work experience on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in the West End. After which I was offered the fully paid role of dresser for the show. I worked along side the dressers in the costume department based side stage, in the quick change room and sub stage. I also assisted the head of wardrobe in altering and repairing costumes. I worked in the afternoons and evenings everyday, two shows a day, part one and part two. I had to quickly retain and learn all of the costumes, changes, quick changes and locations for the 7 cast members I managed. By the end of the production I was fully capable and confident in my role.
Toy Kingdom Sales Assistant
Harrods Ltd. - London
October 2017 to December 2017
In October of 2017, I worked as a sales associate in the Toy Kingdom, Harrods, Knightsbridge. This was for the Christmas period and lasted 7 weeks. This was my first insight to retail and working as part of a sales team. I very much enjoyed this role and gained insightful knowledge and experience with customer service. I Learnt useful skill to help not only meet but exceeded expectation. I particularly took interest in keeping the shop floor neat and well presented. Through this role I cultivated an eye for detail, high work ethic and learnt the importance of excellent interpersonal skills.
Experiences
I have considerable theatre experience including professional competitions and performances.I have previously performed in 7 professional shows with 2 different theatre schools in Worthing. I have had theatre experience since the age of 5, and continue singing lessons and competitions. Performing on stage has given me discipline and helped me become more competitive as the strenuous amounts of hard work and effort I put into my performing gave me the drive to succeed.
