Joel is in love with his childhood friend and co worker Heather, while a little drunk at a staff party he is about to tell her how he feels when she suddenly gets hit by a car and dies. The next day while Joel is grieving for his loss she suddenly appears before him seemingly still alive with no recollection of the accident. Joel, along with Heather and his friends Kat and Stuart try to discover why Heather has returned and for what brought her back...
