Walter suffers from a condition that makes his right arm grow longer and his left arm shrink. He lives alone and shuns everyone except his carer, Bertie. A talent scout from the NBA approaches him about becoming a basketball player. Bertie leaves him to get married, and Walter takes up the basketball offer.
