2011 5 minutes
one day in the life of Ernst, a talented tailor with inner demons and uncompromising self.
The short portrays Ernst, a young tailor who, unlike his boss Maurice, would rather focus on the ethics and aesthetics of his job rather than sell himself to the spoilt and uncultivated demands of the clients. Yet there is a spirituality and longing about Ernst that makes him accept things as they are, whilst at the same time dealing with his inner demons and a feeling of displacement in his own personal, uncompromising, anger-ridden ways.
