A catwalk model escapes her superficialenvironment to indulge in a paraphilic phone-relationship with a family man, feeding her desireof being tormented and humiliated.Synopsis:We meet Arnilia Grove (24) a young, yet senior fashion model on the edge of her early start career. More and more she’s getting dulled by endless castings and from the people around her. After a quick one night stand with a city banker, we learn of her sexual fetish for men’s shoes as she’s sneaking out of his bedroom, only to sexually indulge with his expensive leather shoes. Back in her ,luxuriousbut isolatingapartment, Arniliareceives a long awaitedcall of her Master. He orders her to performehumiliatingactsincluding inserting a shower hose in her rectum. After the phone conversation has ended, The Master, who has been at his office desk the whole time, returns to his home, where he’s having dinner with his family. On the same time, Arnilia , ignoringher mothers phone calls, reviewsor flashbacks herexperiencesof the last days while pleasuring herself. On the next day, her insecurity seems to have vanishedas she recieves a call for work in Paris.Concept:The story of Arnilia Grove is a socialcritical tale not only about paraphilicbehavior and sexual fetishes, hidden behind closed doors, but also of the effect of social displacementand isolation, ironically and contradictory enforced through modern communication technologies. The film also outlines the epic question of societiescraving for beauty and its definition, pairedwith a racial undertone as Arnilia’s desire of being dark skinned is an indirectcriticalcomment on the still appearing effect of young women, influencedthrough media’s, wantingto be white skinned. The film challenges the border between abnormal but liberated sexual lifestyles, and paraphilic sexual disorders, leaving the final conclusion to the audience. This project deals with a topicrarelythematised, and if, often stigmatised in commercialfilms and culture and therefore its importance is relevant.
